Drum Separator

Currently we are developing a drum separator for producing a 'clean' liquid. The liquid it produces can be used within our sand separation equipment to facilitate sand separation. This drum is 5 feet long, very compact and can be stacked on top of the primary or secondary sand separators, making it an efficient space saver. Its over all dimensions are 7' long by 4' wide by 5'-9" tall.
This unit can also be used to produce a solid material if that is your goal. The material coming off the 'dry' end could be run through a press and turned into a stackable material for bedding or hauling.

The Sand/Manure Breaker is a tool tool that will separate large unwanted items from the waste stream such as large stones, tools hoof blocks and ear tags. It will also promote sand separation within our separators before the waste even enters the primary separator unit.
