Sand Calf - How it Works
The "Sand Calf" uses a bulkhead design along with high frequency vibration to very quickly force liquid out of sand. The bulkheads have specifically sized drainage holes to optimize liquid removal, liquid is forced out and downward to protect equipment and personnel from splatter. We have spent countless hours perfecting the design, which optimizes dewatering speed, minimizes the impacts of vibration and allows for simple operation.
Sand Calf - Size Options
Sand Calf '6'
Our smallest bucket at 6 feet wide, weighs approximately 950 lbs. This bucket can be used on small to midsized equipment capable of handling a 3,000 lb load or greater. For operation in sand lanes or in a mechanical separation building, the Sand Calf '6' is our most versatile dewatering bucket.

This bucket optimizes volume and production, while still being versatile with midsized loading equipment.
Sand Calf '8'
The 8 foot bucket is best used on a midsized articulating end loader or machine capable of lifting 5,000 lbs or more. The Sand Calf '8' is very efficient in tight spaces with high sand volume output.
