Primary Unit (Tank 1)
S/S 20 - Primary - (Sand Separator 20' long)
This unit is 20' long with a (three) phase motor/drive unit. This is our standard unit and represents both the primary and secondary separator on a 'Three Tank System'. The secondary unit is positioned lower for gravity flow transfer and has a side mounted inlet. This unit can also be placed in tandem as a secondary unit in any existing mechanical sand separation system.
As a standard unit (single) separator it can be used as a stand along system with the intention of 'growing' into a full recovery system.
This unit comes with a directional discharge 'shoot' that narrows from our standard 13"x13" flighting outlet box to a 6" wide rectangular outlet. This provides control over the discharge, resulting in a cleaner and more predictable transfer to either the S/WS 20 (Sand Washer 20' long), into transfer auger or onto the floor. Electrical hookups NOT included.

Identical in every way expect the location & size of the manure inlet and discharge. The secondary separator separates the fine sand from the manure flow. Manure liquids and solids drain to an outlet box located on top back of the separator and to a long term storage or solids handling facility. Sand from both tanks are lifted to our Sand Washer/Scrubber where the sand is cleaned and mixed and made ready for reuse.
